Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe winner Kathy Bates has appeared in more than 120 films and TV shows over the course of her illustrious career. Now she plays Sunny, the mother of Billy Bob Thornton’s character in “Bad Santa 2,” “the most deviant character I’ve ever played,” she tells TODAY.
